A deposit is required when booking in at New Addiction 

For a consultation or a tattoo or piercing

This is deductable from your final bill  however it is non transferable or refundable 

Vouchers you have may be used as a deposit

If you fail your appointment  or cancel without prior 48 hours notice

they will become void

48 Hours Notice Must be Given

This enables us to move your deposit to a mutually convenient date & time if time scales are in complience with Terms & Conditions Required

If you fail to give less than 48 HOURS NOTICE  or no notice at all for a cancellation you are liable for

the balance of the cost also incurring any additional costs,such as drawing time and proofs

YOU MUST BE 18 BY LAW

This is not is not an option it is a requirement by law .See tattooing of minor act 1969.Section 24.
