1. We operate an appointment only system unfortunately this has become mandatory due to the nature of our business and cannot get anything done if we are constantly interrupted

2.This includes tattoo,piercing holistic appointments,consultations etc 

3. It is not within our policy to allow you to come in and browse , initially as we custom design everything so designs flash are what everyone else wears .

4.If you dont know what you want then a consultation would be a better option when you have a rough idea as we can design for you but cannot think for you -sorry !!!

5. All time booked with us a new addiction must be secured with a booking fee or deposit on request
